This happened a year ago… #3

ENGLISH (DANISH VERSION BELOW) It is the beginning of may and that means it is time for a new “looking back” post. This time I am looking back at May in 2016. Looking at my pictures shows that the sun was shining all the time. I spent two weeks in the Dominican Republic with 30-35 degrees. The rest of the month, I spent in Berlin which was hot and sunny as well. Being in Copenhagen, where it is still only around 10-13 degrees these days definitely makes me miss Berlin and the Caribbean. This is what happened a year ago:

I went on two week trip to The Dominican Republic with my boyfriend.

Although I am actually not the biggest water/beach person, we spent a lot of time here. I mean, how could you not?! How could you not!?

After a few days it got a little too boring with the beach for my taste. We rented a car and our roadtrip began. We drove around the whole island and slept at different hotels for the night.

We also drove to Santo Domingo, the capital. I especially liked the historic center. Vi besøgte også hovedstaden Santo Domingo. Især den historiske bydel var flot.

And another great experience. Visiting Playa Grande Beach Club. It was so beautiful. Se flere billeder her.

After two amazing weeks, a long flight and some jetlag, I was back in Berlin. The cherry trees had sprung and I did a photoshoot with Ira.

Luckily the weather was also amazing in Berlin. We had countless great times with friends – here we are having a bbq night at my friend’s awesome rooftop. Her på min ven Jakobs rooftop i Berlin.
