Stupid things I do

Hopefully I am not the only one in the world at the age by 20 who still has bad habits and does stupid things… Let me enligthen you with my bad habits and maybe you will feel good afterwards when reading that other people don’t have it all together as it sometimes can feel like.

♥ Bite my nails. I’ve been doing this my whole life and unless I am wearing nail polish I can’t help it but to bite my nails. I hate it because the nails crack and get so ugly but yet I still do it. I tried quitting many times and when I was a kid my mom would always put the bad tasting quit-biting-your-nails-nail-polish on mine and my brother’s nails and it helped and today it helps if my nails have good looking nail polish on them but yet I still bite them sometimes and I know how gross it is…

♥ Snooze. Even though I tell myself every night “tomorrow morning is going to be the morning where you will finally wake up in good enough time to do your hair, have a coffee or do your make up”, I never make it in the morning after, because it seems like that five minutes of sleep will help you so much and make you feel less tired, even though that is not the case. Skip those five minutes extra, they won’t help you!

♥ I am always late. Being early is a waste of time I once told myself and yes, I don’t think that I will ever be one of those people that get to appointments or dates too early just to be in good time, but it would definetly also be nice not to always be in a hurry because I get out of the door to late.

♥ Netflix binging. Not so much to elaborate on this one but sometimes I spend way to much time watching a new TV show or movies or whatever I have on my watch list. I am the kind of person that if I start watching a new TV show and I get hooked, I have to watch all of it as fast as possible.

♥ No breakfast in the weekdays. Due to my snoozing habit and being late habit I never eat breakfast before going to work so most of the weekdays I don’t eat before lunch. It makes my stomach growl and I also heard that breakfast is very important for you…

Habits are hard to break but I really hope that I will be able to at least quit biting my nails!
