My hip insider’s guidebook about Copenhagen

I wrote my first guidebook in 2016 after having lived in Berlin for three years. That got me hooked! Now I’m working on my hip insider’s guide to Copenhagen, the first guide I’m publishing in English for an international audience. My approach to writing guidebooks is that I go beyond the traditional and already published guidebooks. My goal isn’t just to guide to the tourist sights, famous restaurants, and museums.

Instead, my goal is to take you on an urban, hip and local experience. Almost, as if you lived in the city yourself and want to experience the best of the best and do what the locals do.

Born and bred in Copenhagen, living between Copenhagen, Berlin and New York City, I’ve published guides to exactly those three amazing and very different cities.

Copenhagen is one of the most popular travel destinations at the moment. Denmark is a front runner when it comes to sustainability. The many sustainability initiatives are embedded around the city. Copenhagen’s restaurant scene is also a pioneer that contains some of the best restaurants in the world. The Danish capital is also known for its design and fashion. This makes it the ultimate destination for fashion and design freaks.
